Please Note: Catering is available for all parties at any time. Our kitchen is happy to open early for large group pre-orders, however, à la carte service is only available during the hours listed above. Menus are seasonal and subject to change based on ingredient availability. We kindly ask for at least 4 business days’ notice for catering requests. While we’ll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, we cannot guarantee availability.

What’s the set up & tear down process?
Royal Palms will provide a table with linens for your catering display. We will set up your order, replenish it and clean it up.
What is the difference between ordering catering and ordering a la carte?
Catering orders offer the flexibility of a customized menu tailored to your event, with the added benefits of table service and continuous food replenishment. In contrast, our a la carte menu features a more limited selection, with meals served in to-go containers and subject to wait times. Our a la carte service is open during standard business hours only.
Can I swap a dessert for something else?
Yes, you can swap a dessert for an additional appetizer. We also allow substitutions between appetizers and main courses, depending on your preferences.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions. If you do not see a suitable option on the menu, we can create a custom dish to meet your needs. Please note that some specialty items, such as gluten-free bread, may incur an additional cost.
How is pricing structured?
Catering orders are priced on a per-person basis. All invoices will include additional fees: sales tax, a 20% gratuity, and a 3% administrative fee. A la carte pricing is based on the menu available that day and may be subject to change.
Do you offer kosher options?
At this time, we do not offer kosher-certified food. However, we can accommodate guests requiring kosher meals by allowing outside food to be delivered.
Can each guest choose their own menu?
No, for catering orders, the menu is selected based on your chosen package, which includes a set number of appetizers and main courses. This menu will be served to all guests. Food will be replenished on an unlimited basis until everyone is satisfied.
What is the payment process?
An separate invoice will be emailed via square. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and the remaining balance is due two days before your event.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed? How late can I place it?
Your final menu can be adjusted up to 4 days before your party. We kindly ask for at least 4 business days’ notice for catering requests. While we’ll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, we cannot guarantee availability. 7 days notice may apply for larger events.
